Lifecare Foundation Hosts Annual Meet And Greet Luncheon
Lifecare Foundation held a meet and greet lunch at Ram Mandir recently, in celebration of the achievements of about 216 students that it supports.
Founder Dr Shalya Saini shared stories of brilliant and kind young children that she has supported and interacted with, within the last year.
The main trustee of Lifecare Foundation Jayesh Saini sparked inspiration for discipline and hard work in the hearts of attendees through his speech which was filled with examples and personal life lessons. The Head of the Police Wives Union, among other notable individuals, thanked the foundation for supporting education of orphans and widows of police officers who would have been left stranded for years on end, otherwise. Counsellors like Ms Christine of ChildLine Kenya and Prashna Shah spoke on various topics like how to deal with the stress of student life, how to keep a young child safe online and away from the toxicity of social media.
Mr Shlok introduced an app he is developing for the foundation that shall help students to stand guided towards keeping safe through a variety of measures. The meaningful impact the event had on young minds was evident and appreciated. It was followed by lunch and gift distribution by the trustees and organisers.
